Tempus Realty Acquires Kimbel Mechanical Headquarters in Northwest Arkansas for $27.85 Million

Kimbel Mechanical Systems' Fayetteville headquarters has been sold in a $27.85 million transaction. The three-building industrial campus was acquired by an affiliate of Little Rock-based Tempus Realty Partners. Kimbel will continue operating from the property under a long-term lease.
